OAXACA
These multi-colored figures of animals with extraordinary characters are the living expression of the imagination of the peoples of Oaxaca, They are carved from copal wood and painted in a very traditional way, since the technique has been inherited and preserved as a treasure.
The origin of the name given to these figures can be deciphered in a character: Pedro Linares, a native of Mexico City who through these characters represented his dreams and also left a legacy from which Oaxaca now invites us to acquire them, since they are good luck.

TALAVERA
PUEBLA
The beautiful colonial city of Puebla, one of the oldest in the country, has had a lot of culture and pre-Hispanic knowledge in the handling of clays (which have always been of good quality) as well as talented artisans, which is why once the city, it already had a past and a great future in the production of unique ceramic pieces.
When European influences arrived, this talent was mixed with that of Puebla, resulting in the Puebla talavera: the glazed and glazed earthenware and tile inspired by Talavera de la Reina España.

Our first collaborators and people that really lives from they’re ancestral art ... the Wixarika people better known as Huicholes are an ethnic group that did not receive any type of Spanish influence when they took refuge in the mountains, they live in the Sierra Madre Occidental in northern Jalisco and within their mystical culture we can find one of the most artistic expressions valuable from Mexico, of course: Huichol art.
This art has existed since ancient times with the visions of the shamans when consuming peyote from which they created figures of deities and sacred animals, these are made with chaquira with a combination of bright colors and the crosses are woven with tsikurite yarn.
When buying these figures on your visit to Nayarit or Jalisco, in addition to decorating the home with so much color, it will have authentic magic and of course you help the economy of these communities.
